Search entries
A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to answer it and maintain the exchange. We do not share a message outside the organization unless doing so is legally required.
Automatic Technical Information
Normal web operations may record:

- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring page, when supplied; and
- request dates and timestamps.
